I recently finished the 8 day course of the colon cleansing kit. After seeing the photos on the site I was not sure it would work for me, but was very keen to do some maintenance and have only recently been getting more interested in and educating myself about the colon and the effect it can have on the rest of your body & health. I have to say this kit is fantastic. On Day 2 it was coming out, just like the photos on the site. How amazing. It has really made me realise that we should all be doing this on a regular basis to keep ourselves as healthy as we can.I thoroughly recommend it, this kit works, and belive me, you see the results pretty quick!!!

Wednesday 10/9/08
Read the info in daily planner and decided I would go with the Best option, the liquid detox.  I also decided I would commence the pre-cleanse on Thursday.  I started off by taking 3 digestive stimulator pills at about 7 pm Wednesday evening and one sachet of the toxin absorber with organic apple juice 2 hours later.

Thursday 11/9/08 (Pre-Cleanse DAY 1)
Woke up with the urge to poo! There is way too much of it.  It seems to be as much as it was when I did my first detox ever.  As noted in your documents it was soft, however, I did experience a bout of sneezing.  I haven't sneezed in a while. It might be because of the changing climate from summer to autumn. I used to suffer with chronic hay fever many years ago.  It was cured when I was 26.  I am now 44.  I think there was some sweet corn in that poo along with what looked like small nuts and oat bits maybe from the breakfast I had two days ago.  I have not eaten sweet corn for over 4 years.  The sneezing stopped early afternoon at work.
Even though I have done a few colon cleanses in my time, I have had the impression that there was something stuck to the walls of my intestines that contributes to lower back problems!  I used to also have chronic back problems when I was younger. I ate about 3/4 as much as I normally do, bearing in mind I am not a big eater and eat organic food solely.  I used the toilet 4 times this day.  Maybe 3 pills is too much.  I will stick to this as I don't like that feeling in my lower back! I felt tired at work all day and hungry!

Friday 12/9/08 (Pre-Cleanse DAY 2) 
Woke up again with the urge to poo!  It's still soft but there is a lot of it.  I started sneezing again and this time it has not stopped.  All day in the office I have been sneezing and feeling like I have the flu!  I am feeling very tired and want to go home to sleep.  I am not sure if this is a reaction to the detox I am on!

Saturday 13/9/08 (Pre-Cleanse DAY3)
Woke up this morning feeling a little constipated.  Took three digestive stimulators and had 1/4 breakfast.  Don't have any more flu symptoms. Still feeling tired. Finally used toilet at about 1pm.  Used toilet again 2 more times that day.

Sunday 14/9/08 (Liquid Cleanse DAY 1)
I used toilet first thing in morning at 8am, and then again at 11am.  Used toilet 4 times this day.  Not feeling too hungry but tired.

Monday 15/9/08 (Liquid Cleanse DAY 2)
Woke up feeling very refreshed.  Used toilet as soon as I got out of bed.  Initially it was not soft at first but came out easily afterward.  Did not use toilet again that morning. 1pm - it finally happened!  That disgusting alien finally came out when I used the toilet.  Yuk! What a sight.  I am convinced by what I have seen. Gross!!!  It took three flushes to get rid of that filth. I feel great!  The slight ache I have felt in my lower back has virtually gone.  3 more days to go!  I am determined to stick to the regime!! I feel sick thinking about that yuk that came out today.  Gross!!

Tuesday 16/9/08 (Liquid Cleanse DAY 3)
I have realized that this cleanse has been working from day 1 of the pre-cleanse as my stool is gelatinous and soft. There are also rings on the stool which would indicate that it is removing the putrid stuff from the walls of my intestines.  I would recommend this to anyone who wants a serious cleansing. I am currently going to the toilet about 3-4 times a day.  Initially, there is the feeling of constipation but after the first few seconds of using the toilet it flows easy enough! I also do not feel as tired as previous.  I have a lot more energy!  Also, I don't find the fast a problem.  Probably because I've done this a few times before with other products.

Wednesday 17/9/08 (Liquid Cleanse DAY 4)
More of that putrid gelatinous stuff is coming out.  I think i will do this again sooner rather than later!  Used the toilet 4 times today!

Thursday 18/9/08 (Liquid Cleanse DAY5)
Final day of cleanse and I am feeling very energized.  I found this liquid cleanse difficult only during the pre-cleanse period, as I prefer to jump straight in and go liquid rather than to slowly wean myself off food.  Next time I will plunge straight into the liquid fast.

Friday 18/9/08 (Post Cleanse)
I have a few of the pills.  This has been by far the best cleanse I have ever done.  I have informed my brothers and sisters about this one. I will tell my friends also. I will recommend this to anyone who wants to do a cleanse.

I have just completed the 8 day colon cleansing kit and WOW! I decided to do this because I was doing a month detoxify and thought that the colon cleansing would be a good way of making sure the detoxify was 100%. I was not disappointed at all. Because of the detoxify my meals were already small and did not include caffeine, wheat, dairy or alcohol. I am a vegetarian so there was no meat. Well day 4 (day 1 of the fast) lunch time came and nothing happened, but come the evening I could not believe what there was in the pan! How long has all that been inside me?? Thank heavens its on its way out - it was disgusting. I easily had up to 6 bowel movements each day which were not uncomfortable at all, no tummy pains, maybe a slight fuzzy head towards the end. I was shocked at the amount of plaque which came out, possibly in total over 20 foot and I'm not a large person (size 12). There is still plaque in my movements now even though the course has completed. I had no hunger pains either during the fast, not even a rumble. I do feel a lot better for the cleanse, lighter in stature as well as weight. I am very pleased that I decided to do this and hope to be able to do the cleanse annually. Definitely, definitely recommend doing the colon cleanse.

After researching and communicating with a few colon cleansing companies I decided on Blue Herbs because they are friendly, helpful and reliable, and my kit was dispatched promptly. Because I have MS, I couldn't do the full fast, I ate three light meals daily consisting of brown bread, veg, fruit and fish, and continued to take all my supplements. I really am more than pleased, it was better than I ever thought possible. I was initially nervous, thinking maybe the mucoid plaque would get stuck on it's way out, or might hurt, but this is not possible, as the Toxin Absorber enables it to comfortably slide out. The instructions are easy to follow and it is easy to take, getting easier as you progress through it. I was amazed at all the waste that came out, as I am slim with a small frame, but I would think about eight to ten feet of plaque came out altogether, and was still coming out when cleanse was finished. I never felt ill during it, just got occasional mild cramping and a slight headache the second day, but that is all. I now feel lighter, am sleeping better, have more energy. My walking and balance is better and I will without a doubt be buying another kit in a few months as I feel I could greatly benefit by it.

The First Step…

I must admit initially despite all I have read I was still a little skeptical, can special formula of herbs really be that potent? I decided to consult someone more in the know… my sister – a qualified doctor. She confirmed that herb based treatments can be amazingly powerful even more so than commercially produced pharmaceuticals (after all many cultures have been using herbal medicines since the dawn of time so who am I to argue!) she went on to explain that the condition of retaining old fecal material, aka Mucoid Plaque in ones intestines is a well known medical fact. I was very surprised, how come I never knew about this? It may not me a pleasant topic of conversation but it is always better to know and be aware of these major health issues. I did a little more research to discover that another and more commonly known method of cleaning ones bowels is Colon Hydrotherapy. Out of interest I contacted a local practitioner just to ask about prices and expected results. I was informed that typically it takes 4-6 sessions at a totally cost of around £480, quite expensive in my opinion and not to mention the embarrassment factor! Day One, Two, and Three
According to the manual the first stage is to prepare your body for the 5 day fast. I have to say I wondered how difficult this would be. I mixed my first sachet of the toxin absorber with some good quality pure apple juice I had bought from Tesco the night before in preparation for what was to come. Using the jar I mixed about half a jar full with the Toxin absorber and shook it for 30 seconds or so and then drank. The taste is of ginger and the texture is strange. I have to say its nothing special although my wife loved it! I guess you will love it or hate it… its one of those, like marmite. However no pain no gain the taste is not important its what its doing is the key. For the next 3 days I rigidly stuck to the plan, cut down on food intake and took the capsules and powders as recommended. On day three I could feel something was happening… something strange was starting.

The Fast - Day Four, Five, Six, Seven and Eight
The first day of the fast was not as bad as I had imagined, the Toxin Absorber really does stop the feeling of hunger. I work a standard 9-6 office job and wondered how this would fit into my day.. and was glad to find that it was easy to manage the regular doses. Many colleagues were fascinated about what I was doing… quite fun describing the gory details! About halfway through the day I started to experience stomach cramps not exactly painful, more a feeling that something is moving inside. 20 minutes later I had my first Mucoid Plaque experience. What I discovered in the toilet bowl after was a combination of horrific and amazing… all I can say is it looks exactly like the photos on the Blue Herbs web site, I was stunned. The following days continued similar to the forth but with an increasing number of bowel movements (up to 4 a day) and each time with incredible amounts of this Mucoid Plaque. I felt really satisfied that I am successfully removing all this toxic waste from my body.

The Week Later
After completing the course I started to eat again slowly, and am still trying to increase the fibre in my diet. I have to say I feel so much cleaner and healthier its amazing… and I no longer suffer from irregular movements or diarrhoea as I did from time to time previously. Great, an amazing product and totally recommended. I look forward to my next session in 6 months!

Since I tried the Colon Cleansing Kit I no longer suffer from the horrible feelings I had previously, such as a bad stomach, indigestion and constipation. Up until i tried the kit I thought that these feelings were normal and just the result of the daily life and a stressfully job.
When I first heard of Colon Cleansing Kit it intrigued me, could this be the cause? I did some more investigation and looked at many other website who all confirm the health benefits of Colon Cleansing even some who state a possible link to colon cancer!. That was all the convincing i needed…. So I decided to go for it and give it a shot. Why not? If I wanted to describe the whole cleansing process, I could describe it as an amazing experience. Having undertaken several colon cleanses over the last 16 years (including Colonic Irrigation) - the Blessed Herbs product was easy to use, simple to follow and the most effective by far. In fact, it was so effective, in such a short space of time - that I wasn't prepared for what happened next. You see, on this colon cleanse - I didn't believe I would release the same type of colonic debris shown in the website pictures - because so many of the other products I had tried failed to deliver. True to the Blessed Herbs claims, I passed 9 inches of the strange-looking intestinal waste. This happened in the evening on the second day of the fast. I know you will have heard this a thousand times before, but I have just finished the 'best' option of the Colon Cleanse and feel marvellous!!! It was so easy....it took me five days to get my dosage ofthe digestion stimulator right.... the fast was a piece of cake because I never once felt hungry.... I drank loads of water.... and the stuff that came out of me was unbelievable!!....and now that I am returning to food, I find that I am so much more careful as to what I actually put in my mouth! preferring organic veg and fruit and no processed foodstuffs. And it tastes so much better, too. I am also experiencing a radical change in the way I think about many things. I've undergone a sort of mind cleanse (not that I had a dirty mind!) and this has left me feeling calm and at peace with myself. I have recommended your products to all my friends and told them that I fully endorse the colon cleanse and that I will undertake the process once again next year.
