The Colon Cleansing Kit can be used (2-4 times/year) as a stand-alone cleansing therapy – or as the first step of the Complete Cleansing Program. It is highly recommended to fully cleanse the colon prior to beginning the Internal Cleansing Kit. A well-functioning colon enables the herbal formulas to work directly with the liver, lungs, kidneys, skin and lymph.

Choose Ginger or Peppermint : During this cleanse you will take Toxin Absorber with apple juice and water five times a day. Toxin Absorber comes in two flavours - ginger and peppermint. Though ginger root has a hot and spicy taste and peppermint leaf a cool minty taste, they are not added to the Toxin Absorber for their flavour, but rather for their effect on the body.

- choose ginger if you have a feeling of cold most of the time, if you usually like heat and dislike cold, if you have cold extremities or if you have hiatal hernia as peppermint may cause more acid refluxing due to a relaxing effect on the lower esophageal sphincter
- choose peppermint if you have a feeling of heat most of the time, if you usually like cold and dislike heat, if you have sometimes a burning sensation in your stomach or if you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs or aspirin as ginger at high doses may increase the blood-thinning effect of these drugs.

Three Ways to do the Colon Cleanse

Best option
- 9-day maximum level of colon cleansing
- The most recommended as food in the intestines greatly limits the kit's ability to cleanse
- Involves a three day pre-cleanse with decreasing food portions and/or diet changes
- Followed by five days liquids-only fast while taking Toxin Absorber five times per day

Better option
- 9-day moderate level of colon cleansing
- For those who feel they cannot handle going five days without food
- No liquids-only fasting required
- During this method you will use the chart in the Users Guide "Controlling the Strength of Your Cleanse"
- Using the same schedule as for Best option, but without liquids-only fasting

Good option
- 30-day mild level of colon cleansing
- For those looking to increase regularity with a mild cleanse
- For those taking oral prescription drugs more than once a day
- No liquids-only fasting required
- You will first find "your number" of Digestive Stimulator and take that number before dinner
- You will also take one packet of Toxin Absorber before bed for thirty consecutive days

Regularity and Energy

If you get to the end of the day and have not had a bowel movement or if you feel constipated, don't wait until the next day. Take an enema before bed that very same day and also increase 'your number' of Digestive Stimulator capsules that evening.

If you decide to go for the Best or Better Option of the cleanse, we highly recommend to take the Organic Superfood with the Colon Cleansing Kit for extra support and energy. Ideally you take it two hours after taking Toxin Absorber to assure maximum absorption of the nutrition. If you take it between Toxin Aborber packets you can take up to five drinks of the Organic Superfood each day of the colon cleanse. The Organic Superfood will not interfere with the removal of old intestinal debris.
