Take one serving daily for optimal health and vitality. Mix one or two level scoops, according to taste and energy requirements, into 375/500ml of cold water or juice and shake well or blend. This makes a satisfying liquid whole food meal without compromise. For those with smaller appetites have half a serving (one scoop) as a meal or snack. After opening store in a cool dry place with lid tightly closed. As with any other positive dietary change, some people may experience temporary cleansing symptoms including headaches, constipation, diarrhoea or nausea when first taking Vega. This is likely to be a sign that your body is adapting to your new dietary regime. To minimise symptoms, start with a quarter of a serving and gradually increase intake over the next few weeks. Be sure to drink plenty of water, at least 1½/2 litres a day with increased dietary fibre.
