| This Enema Board is British made for easy, safe and effective colon cleansing. It is made of fibreglass and is designed to fit over the toilet bowl, the other end supported by a chair. All waste products are directed into the bowl, which is smooth contoured for ease of cleaning. It may be stored upright after use. |

How does the Enema Board work ? |
|
| They are private, easy, safe, no after costs and working entirely by gravity. The board requires a firm support, chair or stool placed underneath. The water container needs to be about 60-70 cm above the level of the board, placed on the cistern or other suitable surface. After care of the board simply requires cleaning with a germicidal solution and a damp cloth. The rectal tip may be re-used but extra tips are required if the board is to be used by other people. |

| The key to cleansing is self-massage along with the cleansing effect of the constant supply of water entering the rectum, this engages a healing reaction to cleanse and purify the body. The procedure is not at all unpleasant, or mechanical as your body knows what to do. |
Below are simple instructions to follow : |
• Place board on toilet bowl and other end on support
• Place a container with 10 - 20 l of lukewarm water about 2-3 feet above board (measured from bottom of container)
• Fill supplied tubing with water to create siphon effect
• Using the syringe provided, place nozzle in end of tube inside the board. Once a flow is established, use the tube clip to stop the flow and place flexible rectal tip in the end of tube inside the board
• Place tubing in container and attach other end to board and insert rectal tube in position
• Place an elastic band 3" down from the tip and lubricate tip of tube and rectum with lubricating gel, olive oil, etc
• Ensure board is firmly supported by a strong chair and securely placed on the toilet seat. Ease yourself onto the board and slide the tip gently into rectum until you feel the elastic band which indicates correct depth (1-2 inches)
• Undo the tube clip and allow water to flow and gently massage your abdomen up the left side, across and down the right side. As the water flows it is naturally eliminated through the rectum either side of the pencil sized tip. Gently hold the water whilst massaging and release when you feel the need. Relax with a pillow under your head.
• Continue relaxing and massaging and very soon you will naturally start eliminating the hardened toxic waste
• When you have finished (40-60 minutes) remove yourself from the board and place the board in the bath or shower for cleansing. You will still have some water inside and this can be evacuated by normal toilet procedure
